Thanks !
Your mirror http://mirror.nyist.edu.cn/centos/ has been added to the mirrors DB
It will be listed as a public mirror (and on https://mirror-status.centos.org / https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/ ) in the following minutes/hours. Your IP address[es] (59.69.128.21 120.194.101.75 2001:da8:5018:8::80) has/have been added in the ACL and so you should be able to rsync from msync.centos.org in the next ~10min
Important : it only concerns CentOS Linux 7 and Stream 8. For Stream 9 and above, read (again) https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors
Kind Regards,

Sorry, the IP provided here is our external service IP, and our synchronization IP is 2001:da8:5018:8:82. Please do not delete the IP for external services. Our image storage adopts a cluster distribution, and I will notify you to delete this newly added IP when using a single machine for synchronization in the future. Thank you very much.

Updated
Now that I have synchronized "centos", "centos-altarch", "centos-vault", and they all support the "http/https/rsync" protocol, I hope you can update my site.
Added for centos/centos-altarch but we don't add any mirror for vault, as https://vault.centos.org is backed by AWS CloudFront these days (and so multiple PoPs everywhere around the globe)
I have updated my synchronization address now. You only need to keep 2001:da8:5018:9::5, 222.21.221.33 in the ACL. I will start synchronizing centos, centos altarch, and centos-stream using the above IP addresses.
Updated so should be reflected everywhere in the next ~5min
