I see that for previous ticket the ip addresses were added in ACL :

2a01:7c8:1337::100: 

So it should work from that machine and ip addresses. Are you trying to sync from a different ones ? If so you can update this ticket and we can add these in ACL

I added the other IP addresses so should be working in the next ~10 min (propagating)
Feel free to reopen again if that still doesn't work
