We modified the proxy/cache ACL to allow downloading from dl.fedoraproject.org and updated external repos accordingly :

Can you confirm it's now fetching packages correctly ? I'll decommission the internal mirror anyway as it's on a host that will disappear soon. Waiting for your feedback before closing ticket (koji/cbs is busy regenerating repodata for all build tags using epel as external repo)
