"Last modified" for CHECKSUM.asc is 2022-09-13 19:46 at https://cloud.centos.org/centos/8-stream/x86_64/images/. So there's no way to authenticate the checksums for latest images like CentOS-Stream-GenericCloud-8-20230308.3.x86_64.qcow2.
