Linked to #53 , we discussed a need to have remote/off-site backups for some identified LUNs exposed to openshift/ocp as PVs. We'll just use the existing restic role for this so we need :

Created a dedicated S3 bucket with a service user attached to a IAM policy for that bucket. I'll apply role and test when storage subsys will be able to handle the load
Applied and first backup done through automation . All under monitoring too through role and zabbix
