We have a bot account (https://accounts.centos.org/user/theforeman-bot/) that was added in https://pagure.io/centos-infra/issue/569 to the foreman namespace to deploy changes to jenkins.

That bot can login to https://jenkins-foreman.apps.ocp.ci.centos.org/ just fine, but not to https://jenkins-foreman.apps.ocp.cloud.ci.centos.org/ (the new instance).
I guess it's the same issue as in #569 where the email addresses are mixed up (OCP login works, but no foreman namespace visible)? The correct one is infra@community.theforeman.org
