Hi,
I want to migrate ceph's distgit from git.centos.org to gitlab.
Please create a project in gitlab for ceph.
Thanks

Hi @kkeithle
Based on https://sigs.centos.org/guide/gitlab/ that would mean that it would be storage namespace/group so that the sig-storage group would be owner and so able to create other (like ceph/nfs-ganesha/etc) Or do the more complex way to map some underlying projects differently (see the example on the sig guide)
storage
sig-storage
I'll let you discuss that with the storage sig member and let us know which scenario to implement (option 1 is the easier as it's just creating storage and allow sig-storage group to be the owner of that namespace

I talked to Niels. We're fine with just creating 'storage' and sig-storage group will be the owner.
Ok, it's now created : https://gitlab.com/CentOS/storage
So each member has just to connect to https://id.centos.org/gitlab and then link to existing user and they'll have owner access for that sub-group You can then create other projects directly under storage
