That means orchestrating power off (and then back on) some services that uses nfs/iscsi as there will be multiple internal network outages, as all network switches/routers/firewall will be rebooted multiple times. So it's better to just stop service, power off nodes having mounted nfs/iscsi remote volumes, and resume when we'll be sure network will be in operational state
