Hello!
The automotive SIG would like to change DNS entries for our web server at autosd.sigs.centos.org We're currently looking to migrate off of the EC2 instance backing it right now, to an OpenShift based one. Our web server preview can be found here: https://apache-autosd-webserver.apps.auto-prod.gi0n.p1.openshiftapps.com/AutoSD-9/
autosd.sigs.centos.org
We are wondering if we can schedule that change during the calmer period over the coming week, coming up to Christmas, as most community members will most likely be on PTO to avoid inconveniencing them.
Can we have some confirmation that a maintainer will be around to carry this out for us next week? (19th-23rd Dec?) and who would that be?
CC @pingou @weatherchnl
I'll be there so for us it's just a matter or updating A/AAAA records (or using CNAME if you prefer) Just need a +1 from @pingou and when you want me to push dns change :-)
Worth knowing that you'll have to configure a route in your openshift, but I guess you have already done that (and tested it)
Awesome! I hope pingou will catch this before his PTO
Yep, the preview running here is just that https://apache-autosd-webserver.apps.auto-prod.gi0n.p1.openshiftapps.com/AutoSD-9/
Michael has set up route and cert managers and everything should be ready to go on our end pretty much.

I didn't, should I wait for next year to +1 the request then? :)
Joke aside, for me

ack Just update then this ticket when we can just make autosd.sig.centos.org a CNAME to apache-autosd-webserver.apps.auto-prod.gi0n.p1.openshiftapps.com and we'll push the change
autosd.sig.centos.org
apache-autosd-webserver.apps.auto-prod.gi0n.p1.openshiftapps.com
@arrfab All good to go on our end, if you can go ahead with the change! Thank you!
Pushed to git and applied by ansible :
dig @ns1.centos.org autosd.sig.centos.org +short +noshort autosd.sig.centos.org. 600 IN CNAME autosd.sig.unmanaged-by.centos.org. autosd.sig.unmanaged-by.centos.org. 600 IN CNAME apache-autosd-webserver.apps.auto-prod.gi0n.p1.openshiftapps.com.
Closing request but I see you haven't pushed in openshift the correct cert for ingress route : I'll let you do that with the team managing your openshift (or you ? )
Metadata Update from @arrfab: - Issue close_status updated to: Fixed - Issue status updated to: Closed (was: Open)
Thank you! We're fixing the ingress cert on our end now!
