    arm-image-installer: Wait for new SD card partitions to re-probe
    
    Without this sleep, the check for the 4th partition sometimes fails.  Not
    becuase we are operating on an old partition format, but becuase the OS
    hasn't updated its knowledge of the new SD card partitions yet.
