This ticket serves 2 purposes. It's for Strangeloop 2015
More importantly it'sx also an experiment for making Trac more helpful (possibly) using it for reminders for specific folks, as well as allowing for better planning of future events.

It appears tickets have the proper blank fields to put in "useful info". Any work would likely be some chron hack. Maybe scanning open FAMNA tickets somewhere between 4-12 times a year.
Ticket will be updated as more information becomes clear.
