Event box for SCaLE didn't have all the necessary items in it for us to be ready for setting up the booth. I'd like to take ownership and get the event boxes stocked and prepped for the events to ensure event success and less scrambling to get things ready (things like powerstrips, routers/switches, and scissors to cut foils, ect)

I'm also alright with not being the one to head this up, but it would be good to talk about what we can do to improve our process to make things easier in the future, I'm just willing to do the footwork on it. I'd also like to update the group with the status on some of the items that we received.
