Per 1/22/2013 meeting:

Event attendance estimate on Fedora events page changed from 1000 attendees to 2500+ (new estimate from PyCon website)

It is too late to get a free OSS booth at PyCon

Determine amount of media and swag we sent last year and do a repeat care package for abadger1999 this year

Attend to PyCon planning, particularly sponsorship, in fall of 2013 as a booth would be nice in 2014

Idea: from dan408: do a local meetup for PyCon attendees on a Friday or saturday night if they are interested

Action: dan408 will set up the Fedora @ PyCon wikipage
Action: dan408 will ping abadger1999 about when a meetup might work for the people going

Hey, we purchased a sponsorship which came with a booth, but don't want to use the booth. Would you guys be interested in using the space for Fedora?

A bunch of us talked about this on #fedora-ambassadors and came to the conclusion that this year, plans are already in place that we'll share RH's booth. So we're taken care of for this year. Thanks to sontek for the offer!

Added pycon event page to description

Picked up lmacken and herlo from their airpots. Verified that F18 media was present for the expo.

Media arrived for adbadger1999 at the Hyatt and was present at the Expo.

Reopened pending event reports from sponsored attendees...
