CLS is a great event that happens the weekend before OSCON. It has Community Managers as well as all sorts of people from various communities in tech. It is an un-conference, so there will not be a Fedora table. People will see and interact with Fedorans in meetings and sessions. I have already coordinated volunteering with Jono Bacon to help.
We are already planning to have a few Fedorans at OSCON following this event. Part of the lodging and expenses will be shared for this event :)
Budget approved tonight as follows:
$942 for 3 rooms for 3 nights $290 for gas + parking (2 vehicles)
