Anyone can submit a PR to add this. While NA is luck to have a great combined treasurer/CC holder - it shouldn't always have to be him who adds things like this :)

@bex I did have a question that is why I didnt put this in yet. This event will come out of Q4 funds, should I still list it as Q3, or do I list it as Q4 even though the event is in Q3. Also we only have one more major event for FAmNA and that will be SCALE. that is in Q4.

In general, list the event for the quarter it falls in. Note in a comment, about late payments if needed.

Just an aside, I believe SCaLE will fall on a different quarter this year.

@paradoxguitarist You're right, scale will fall in Q1 of FY2019. Because of this, please work with me directly so we can prepay as much expense as possible in Q4 of FY2018. I suspect at least one other region will underspend and I'd like to use up the money from this year instead of having the expense in next year.
