Open Source Summit North America (OSSNA) is the multiple conventions from previous years rolled into one: LinuxCon, ContainerCon, CloudOpen, and the Open Community Conference that takes place in Los Angeles, California.
A full line-item budget is available on the wiki.
Based on local travel distance and Ambassador availability, ParadoxGuitarist and lajuggler are planning to attend.
This high-population (2000+ attendees anticipated) event coupled with the mix of topics (Linux, Cloud, Container, Open Community, and more) ensure high traffic for demonstrating the Fedora platform.
Please also refer to the Wiki page for more detailed reasons on why exhibiting at this event will benefit Fedora.
<nb> #agreed extend deadline for OSSNA event report to 10/12. If event report is received by 10/12, then up to $150 in reimbursement may be made. If event report is not received by 10/12, then reimbursement will be denied.

Actually, I checked the rules and I don't think we have the authority to approve an exception. We need to consult with @bex since the 2 week rule is at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Reimbursements
@lajuggler @paradoxguitarist I have not seen a report as required for the event. Neverless even if you do not ask for reimbursement you should have a report/blog/posts on the event if you represent Fedora. Please update me as soon as possible with intentions.
