SeaGL is a grassroots technical conference dedicated to spreading awareness and knowledge about the GNU/Linux community and free/libre/open-source software/hardware. Our goal for SeaGL is to produce an event which is as enjoyable and informative for those who spend their days maintaining hundreds of servers as it is for a student who has only just started exploring technology options.

Offer $500 for the upgrade to Bronze per the previous exhibitors upgrade offer and allocate $500 for travel, banner shipping and swag for $1000 total.

Or get the Bronze sponsorship $1000 with no banners, swag or travel.

I would prefer someone with good technical skills to join me as I cannot answer many technical questions. David Gay (local) and Larry Cafiero (California) staffed in 2014. I will contact David Gay or if someone wants to travel to Seattle, I have a spare bedroom.

FAmNA approved $2,000.00 for this event on 7/14/2016

$2000 budgeted at the July 17, 2016 FAmNA meeting, with a goal of spending half.

Seagl response, to $500 sponsorship:

Hi Jeff,

That sounds great, we look forward to having Fedora there!

Attached is the Registration form, I believe we can also take
contributions online but would have to find out how.

Obviously while you are at the non-exhibiting level a table space has
been reserved.

They want the attached form submitted.

I would like to order some Fedora Loves Python tee-shirts, about 10.

I submitted a design ticket for my proposed art:

August 4, 2016 meeting update:

sponsorship $500 with community table
swag tee-shirts (~10) $200 for raffle and help
swag shipped (media, pens, stickers) $100
banner shipping, $80
Travel for help $TBD

Total budget allocated $2000 with a target of $1000
We will pay the sponsorship by credit card in September.

Form Faxed to event Coordinator 9/8/2016. Waiting for receipt of payment for sponsorship.
