This event is at a university campus and is a good opportunity for Fedora to have a minor presence at. Due to the size (40-60 estimated participants), no major budget allocation is necessary outside of shipping some swag to jflory7 for the event (e.g. stickers, pens, media).
An event box, banners, and travel costs will not be necessary. Southern_Gentlem estimated the shipping budget to be within $10.

This ticket is added to the meeting agenda for discussion among FAmNA at the next meeting. cprofitt is also CC'd, as he is a local in the Rochester area and may be able to participate for part of the event without worrying about travel costs.

In the meeting, we agreed on a final budget for this event at $50.00 maximum. This should cover any and all shipping costs for the light swag request for the event.
