As per a request from OSAS, I am looking to get an inventory of who our current cardholders are, if they are active or not, and if we have an additional cardholder.

inode0 is currently our only cardholder. He is unable to be active at this time due to personal matters.
A few weeks ago, FAmNA voted to request a card be given to Andrew Ward (award3535). How do we proceed with this?

We reaffirmed in the meeting that we would like to replace inode0 as our cardholder to Andrew Ward (award3535). What are the next steps towards making this happen?

Yes, this card was approved, however, we're going to have to cancel the previous card, to be able to issue a new one. Before we do that, I'd like to confirm that there are no outstanding payments or reimbursements on the current card. Once I have that confirmation from FAmNA, I'll issue the new one to award3535 to the address he's sent.

So this is going to be a little tricky to do since UPS bills to the current card directly at times of its choosing. We also need to get someone else control of the master UPS account, which was originally spevack's but now is under my control. Perhaps the three of us could get together on IRC to figure this out sometime soon? I think I'd like to pass spevack's account on to someone else and then they can probably sort out the timing of the rest of it.
