November 8-13th, 2015, in Washington, D.C.
Note that the expo floor (and therefore our booth) is Wednesday from noon to 7pm and Thursday from 10am to 2pm.
We'll share a booth with other Red Hat sponsored community projects (CentOS, Gluster, Ceph, oVirt,....).
Corey Sheldon had mentioned helping me coordinate this. Hi Corey!
Note that anything being sent needs to go to a special location, deadline November 6th. The label for shipping there can be generated at: https://ordering.ges.com/083600052/labels
Red Hat has one conference pass with staff access to offer to an ambassador helping out.
One can also register for a free expo pass at https://www.usenix.org/conference/lisa15/lisa-expo, which will get you to the booth.
Note that I'm using my personal Red Hat budget for travel and lodging — none of that needs to come out of Fedora community money. I also have a Fedora Server / Fedora Atomic Host demo I'll bring. But I would like help with things like banners and swag and staffing the booth.
Thank you for the update, the box and banners will be with Corey Sheldon, Ben has already made arrangements with Corey, and as soon as you are through with the items we need to turn around and get them to me for FOSSETCon in orlando
travel expenses approved for Corey Sheldon (linuxmodder) at $50 for fuel costs. FAMNA approved 10/22/15 2118.
