It has been brought up from meetings that event boxes and banners currently held in each region are different and contain outdated items. this ticket has been created for discussion and updated from each weekly meeting.
Last meeting (5/14/15) discussed inventory of event boxes. Also the purchase of new table cloths and banners (one for each box). Results of the boxes should be forwarded to Regional Ambassadors for material updates.
