If it is just Adam and I tending the booth I would recommend getting the Silver ($500) sponsorship or getting a Community Booth (free) and sponsoring the game night ($1000) again. These choices would give use a 5 foot table along the wall.
If I could get someone to help me with a music setup like Brian has planned for SCaLE, I would recommend a Gold ($1000) sponsorship. This would get us a 10x10 booth space in the middle of the exhibition area. I have all the equipment for a music setup like Brian's but not the live music skills.
I asked Brian if he could attend and to add his travel budget. I usually cover my travel and hotel expenses, because my wife and I will attend regardless.

February 12 status:
* Sponsorship for Gold and Game Night Submitted and accepted, Ruth is waiting for a PO.

Need to do:
* Jeff to submit graphics request for 1/4 page ad, based on a North West Music Jam theme.
* Brian to enter travel and hotel budget, and approve.
* Jeff or Brian to propose ordering 1000 guitar picks with Fedora Logo at about $200 for use at SCaLE and LFNW.
* Jeff to submit text for LFNW web site to marketing? for review and approval
* Jeff to be owner of the ticket?

February 19 status:

We will have some table space and power for your laptop. We will have a music studio set up so if you have any musical talent you are welcome to show off.

Request authorization for purchase of custom printed Guitar Picks for swag at LFNW.

If we can get pad printed picks the cost would be about $185 per 1000.
If full color printing is needed the cost would be $275 per 1000.
