Hi,

Between November 2012 and March 2013 we will participate in at least 7 large events, for which we need to make merchandising:

EON Xth : Encuentro Open Source y Nuevas Tecnologías http://eon.ucentral.cl
ULOB: UCENTUX Linux Open Beer http://ulob.ucentux.cl
Pycon Chile http://cl.pycon.org/
fslVallarta http://www.fslvallarta.org
Pycon Uruguay http://pycon.python.org.uy/es/
Encuentro Linux 2013 http://historia.encuentrolinux.cl

Minimal estimated: 500 disks, 1000 stickers and a few tshirts. We need to accept the budget and get everything ready before the events. We have a cheap provider that can send this merchandising to all cities of SouthAmerica?.

Este ticket tiene que ser presentado en la reunion de embajadore de latam. Miercoles 22:30 UTC. Y mucho de esto es en el 2013 deberia llenarce en el presupuesto del 2013

Quien es responsable por estos eventos, se requiere seguir el procedimiento de latam https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Ambassadors/LATAM/Reimbursement/es seria de gran ayuda poder incluirlo en el presupuesto.

Estoy haciendo limpieza de tickets. Esto no ha tenido movimiento en los ultimos 7 meses. Podemos cerrarlo?
