Hola José
Según este hilo en la lista de correo de embajadores:
https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/ambassadors@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/6SC3GOJ4TXFOCKSQVNSS5XSMHZ2M6NLQ/
Las solicitudes para Release Party ahora se realizan en el track de mindshare, la parte relevante del correo es esta:
== Low Friction process for Release Parties ==
We are proposing a new low-friction process for funding release parties. Anyone (not just Ambassadors or Advocates) can request up to $100 USD in reimbursement for a release party. The general stipulation will be that the person requesting the funds must provide some critical pieces of information both before and after the event, to ensure the event meets with Fedora's release party guidelines. Only $25 USD of the release party budget may be used for transportation costs, and a limited amount of swag (stickers, buttons, pens, etc.) will be sent to the organizer.
The idea is that if someone wants to get a reasonably sized group of people together to celebrate the newest release, we'll happily buy some chips/sodas/pizzas/snacks and send a small bit of swag.
=== Before the event === Open a Mindshare ticket with the following information: * Time/Date * Location * Expected number of attendees * Expected cost
=== After the event === Update the Mindsare ticket with the following information: * Actual number of attendees * Photos of the event * Actual cost * Any lessons you learned from the event, or tips for other events to help them be successful * A link to your blog post, ideally in the Fedora CommBlog, or on Fedora Planet about the event
=== Other notes ===
Al parecer estas solicitudes ahora van realizarse aca:

My understanding (as part of mindshare) is that this is a proposal still under discussion. Until official announcement is done, we should still deal with RP tickets.

I talked with @potty who indicated this swag was still needed. I am putting in a ship request.
We need to allow for longer shipping times. Even under idea circumstances 7 days is not a reasonable pack and ship window, even for most domestic services.
Last week was not idea because of RH Summit - a one-time but well known event. This ticket was approved within 5 days - which is awesome. Given that we know the Releases are coming, it isn't unreasonable to ask that folks start planning release parties 30-60 days in advance to allow for easy approval and shipping.
please stop giving excuses, my ticket was open 6 months in advance, I waited half of a year

@bex the way you're working is not the optimal way, asking 200 stickers for a RP and waiting 30-60 days for shipping is too much, if you're interested in shipping less quantities you should able to do it fast and be able to handle more tickets.
shipping less quantities will make the ticket numbers artificially grows, in my opinion you're creating unnecessary work

There are many factors at play with the ticket you closed, please do not characterize them solely as shipping delays.

This not the intended interpretation of my statement. The 30-60 day time frame is from inception to execution. This allows time for the following:
In my experience, events that are rushed out in less than 30 days are generally ineffective, even RPs.
@bex
my ticket was there for a long time and you decided to ship first the last minute tickets, and shipped using fedex, are you aware that the shipping costs worth's more than the stickers you shipped ?
using first-in first-out will probably incentive people filling tickets in advance.
@itamarjp if you'd like to continue conversation about your ticket, I suggest we reopen it there and not hijack this ticket. My policy is to ship all tickets that are approved, have complete shipping information, and have clear specifications of what is to be shipped exactly. The shipped tickets had all three of those. Yours did not.
I need the final in-country shipping address and phone number for the invoice.
