@bex we are on time to get the swag for the Flisol Managua, there are alreaydi +5 but all for the Nicaragua team, do you the agree to send the swag?

trust that @searchsam and me both do not want to have spent so much time that the artwork was approved to remain without swag for Flisol.

Also a per event shipment will increase a lot the cost of the swag :money_with_wings:

this ticket is good for 2019 just change the title , in my opinion it won't arrive on time, unless you produce it locally.

Basically is a document with the sender and reciber description, with instruction of the delivery and a descriptions of goods and it value, we do not have a good experience with post service in Nicaragua, this is the reason to ask to recibe the swag with a currier service in Miami that will send the swag to Nicaragua and take care of taxes.

The swag in this ticket is the amount for Flisol only, the spreadsheet are stimate amount for this year and the beginning of next.

We need the Flisol swag, in the short time we do not have plans for others events until the F28 release party.

We need the buttons in spanish.

Any invoice will do. It can be a value declaration as the examples provided above or the actual invoice of the company producing the swag.

What it is important is that the quantities reflected on the document are consistent with the quantities shipped. It will create confusion to have a invoice for 1000 stickers and have only 250 stickers in the box shipped.

Please note that Flisol in Managua is suspended because Nicaragua is under heavy public protests for reforms to the social security law.

Flisol still is suspended in Nicaragua, and the swag is still in customs because a diference in quantities versus numbers in the Invoice, as far as I know this can be solved next week, so we are planning to use part of those swag in the Fedora 28 Release Party aproved in #458 is there is not problem with that. Any one see a problem about using part of those swag in a Release Party?

Given the situation, I do not have a problem. Per direct email from @yn1v the swag is now in his hands.

I am attaching a pdf file that has the following documents.
1- Invoice number 246971 for USD 23.00 This is the payment as customs agency, for doing all the paperwork and following the inspections.
2.- Debit Note number 87990 for USD 54.56 This are the payment of import duties.
3.- Receipt 83951 Paying invoice 246971
4.- Receipt 83952 Paying Debit Note 87990

The total amount is USD 77.56

Paypal still is the only option for reimbursement in Nicaragua. There is a paypal fee of 4.5% that equals to USD 3.49 I am not adding cash fees as I am fine with electronic funds.

I think it will be helpful that when a package is sent, that an digital copy of the invoice is emailed to the person, so it can be prepared to deal with customs.
