I've been very busy with ParanaConf for the last 2 months, and now that it's "over", organizing FLISoL in Paraná is complicated. Friends of Curuzú Cuatiá (Corrientes, AR) have invited me to participate, representing Fedora, to his FLISoL. This is not a minor proposal, since on July 7th and 8th SASOConf is carried out in that city, and I will use FLISoL to motivate the assistants (mostly student) to attend and participate in that event, which we have been accompanying since 3 years ago.

I need to cover: Bus Tickets (Paraná, ER <-> Curuzú Cuatiá, CO) == 1240$ARS = 62U$S Hotel == ~500$ARS/day == 1 day == ~500$ARS = 25U$S (estimative price, I'll cover the difference) Note: maybe I'll no need hotel.
Amounts Bus (round trip) = 62U$s Hotel = 25U$s PayPal commission (5,4% + 0,3U$s) = 4.698 + 0.3 = 4.998U$s Pay Pal fee = I will keep the money until next ticket. Skip. Total = 91.998

@williamjmorenor. I just see your tag changing and your comment. This ticket was tagged as "fix" because I need to create the wiki page. I think we don't have to "discuss" anything here (maybe I'm wrong)... We talk about the "fix" tag for this ticket at the same meeting you are posting.
I'm adding the wiki page right now. Sorry for the delay
I've updated the issue. Link to event wiki page added.
What's the final status of this issue? * It have necessary votes * Now, with the event page created, presentation is complete * We've "discuss" it on meetings
I let you decide, guys

I've to write event report before assign this issue to bex.
First, I'm sorry for finishing this issue after 2 month. I've been busy. Second, finally, SasoConf is not going to happen this year, because the country situation ($) is a little confusing, so I'm asking PayPal check commission, If it's possible.

Today at 10:00 AM local time, 1U$S = 28,55$ARS, we're living a quick argentine peso devaluation
CommunityBlog entry needed to accomplish all post-event steps and reimbursement

I don't see a request to reimburse this yet. @alexove @asoliard should this be paid yet?
@asoliard please check to see if you can use https://transferwise.com as they support paying you back in Argentinian Pesos. If you want a different method or currency, lets talk.

Thanks for your attention, @bex . I still have to write a community blog entry, it's not easy because the event was 5 month ago, but I'm writing also about some other things that happened in FLISoL Paraná (my town).
I want to remind you, @bex (and all LATAM) that writing community blogs entries is a requirement to the reimbursement.
I'll close this issue, It would be shameful writing an article in commblog about a year ago event. It was the only missing point to accomplish all the points that we decided in FAD Cuzco 2017.
I saw that some identical issues were reimbursed without accomplishing the points, and I think that is not a good thing, it's not just.

@asoliard I believe Mindshare has been good about requiring event reports for reimbursements. Are the identical issues ones from 10+months ago?
@bex, yes, it's from last-year FLISoL too. (issue #453 )
