Hello world, many time ago we talked about create templates for ticket creation process in pagure (here) like TRAC(old system) templates, but the person who got engaged did not.
Please @athoscr @potty can you create some templates of following types:

Perhaps this is just a design so far. I could not find such options in pagure settings. I will add you as an admin and you can check if you can set it ;)

i added the three suggested templates, you can check it (Click in New issue and navigating in the types), please let me know the changes that you want and any comment is welcome :)
