As most of you know, we've had Fedora Activity Days in Cuzco (Perú) on July. There, we've discussed and decided some changes and new rules for, at least, LATAM community.
We've tried to explain in several meetings, but those meetings were without quorum, so, not all of you know the new rules in deep.

I propose an online Fedora Activity Weekend for:

• Explain the changes and new rules and listen for suggestions
• Work in an "event report" template at the wiki (and related)
• Work in the wiki organization of the events reports (past, present and future).
  • It must be:

    fp.org/wiki/Events/LATAM/{InternationalEvent}/Country
    (InternationalEvent is an event Like FLISoL, FUDCon, FAD.)

• We can also welcome new contributors, and help with their blogs.

We need @x3mboy's presence, as he've been working so hard (and mostly alone) in all this changes, so, we can't do it this weekend, we should do it next weekend (sept 23th and 24th).
