This is a experimentation swag which is not in that list and since is first time will be better make a small amount to test supplier quality and public acceptation, before make large production for more countries.

I don't have this swag to bring. What do you believe I've offered to bring?

Why is this better than giving out stickers? It seems like it would limit our exposure. Are you planning to do something with the names we collect?

Where is the date of latinoware? , last year we have a badge for latinoware and fisl (look like aks for valid is the only valid task I have as history teller, any way)

Can some one please send the days of latinoware and fisl to request the new badges for this year?

FISL is not happening this year :(

The government was responsible for a substantial part of the event's budget, and since the whole country is going through a rough political crisis and the State where FISL happens is financially broken, they decided not to hold the event this year.

Also, the artwork should go through design. Latinowarenis real soon so this needs to be rushed.

@bex My theory is that people often stick the stickers on personal items, that stay at home. This cord my hope is exposure our brand to be work or other events cord, to be saw by regular people.

I am not sure if this adds to the discussion at all, but I got a Firefox lanyard back in 2013 during FISL and I still bring it with me whenever I go to FLOSS events here. They are quite durable if made with high quality material :)

Sounds like this may be a regional difference :). I typically attend conferences that provide a lanyard and rarely if ever bring my own. I understand what you're talking about.

With regard to stickers, I see most of them on laptops that are often carried at events, to coffee shops, etc. This may be another regional difference.

If we need stickers for Latinoware, we need to get them ordered if they are being printed outside of Brazil.

I think it is worth trying new items. Having a Fedora lanyard different from the event lanyard is something that may distinguish people and people usually like that. +1 from my side. I will expect some extra comments on what was the result of this lanyard.

Let's try the new thing but the only condition I could apply is to have a report of the result of using it. To see if it's feasible for other countries/regions/events.
