Since I rejoined the LATAM Ambassadors group, I've noticed that we have many meeting with low or no quorum. Most part of time I find myself unable to join due conflicts with my personal agenda.
My proposal is to open a poll for revisit the decision of our schedule for Fedora Ambassador LATAM meeting, and evaluate the possibility to move it a weekday. The reasoning are:
In my opinion, the sweet-spot is Monday or Wednesday after 20:30 UTC-3. What do you all think?
The only day we had no quorum in months was Saturday, however, your point is valid, I'll tag this with meeting tag to discuss it.

Can I propose a 2 steps voting for this?
1.- Vote for changing or no. 2.- If 1=yes then vote for new date and time.
Makes sense! thanks for your proposal @x3mboy
May be on Saturday 18:30 UTC-3 move 2 hours
Please use this system to set a voting system to get consensus: http://doodle.com/es/
Seems we had not consensus about changing the data or the time of the meeting, I'll close this, please feel free to reopen it if it's needed

I'm sorry, I don't know why I haven't read @potty 's comment (about doodle).
I've created (and send link to LATAM ambassadors list) an event in "whenisgood.net".
http://whenisgood.net/latam-meeting-2017-07
The idea is to have some alternatives and see if we can change or not. If you want for staying with actual meeting time, please vote for the actual time, because your vote will be considered.
I suggest next friday (04/08) as deadline
+1 to that deadline. Also Should We put Meeting tag to this ticket?

great tool !! i added my available hours.
Do we already check this on a meeting? If not, I suggest to do it on next one.
Regards!
Deadline: before next meeting (SAT 2017/08/19)
I'm sorry, I couldn't assist last meeting.
Unfortunately, only 15 persons voted. This show the lack of interest and compromise, because it only takes a few minutes to vote.
To be transparent, I'll list who had voted: @athoscr (Brazil) @villadalmine (Chile) Wellington Lopes (Brazil) @x3mboy (Chile) @williamjmorenor (Nicaragua) @porfiriopaiz (Nicaragua) @yn1v (Nicaragua) (Asked for more day/times) @itamarjp (Brazil) @potty (Panama) @wolnei (Brazil) Abhadd Chambilla (Peru) v1k1n60 @fedoraproject (Chile) @alexove (Peru) @srkraken (Mexico) @igeek88 (Argentina)
As I said some times: if you want to keep current meeting time, vote current time, because we're going to use results given from this.
We can wait 4 days more, and I'll send by mail (because maybe I can't assist next meeting) on friday.
This post will be sent (as is) to LATAM mail list.
Thanks for voting
