Brian Exelbierd was thinking in the idea to consolidate SWAG Production:
The basic idea is to batch up most of the LATAM swag and print it in a single location and ship to everyone
AFAIR this idea was around last year, being the idea to make the SWAG in the FUDCon country, and ambassadors will pick up the material at the event (this supose a reducement of shipping expenses). I'm not sure if this idea was materialized, but the new idea is to produce it, e.g. in USA, and ship it from there, which will deal with payment issues.

Last year we wanted to do that, but the time pass and FUDCon was very near, so we couldn't. The main problem was that anybody could pay the total amount, but in the middle, there were USB sticks that increase the amount, for example.
I think we can plan this with more time :-) it is a really good idea
It sounds like a very good strategy to reduce the shipping and production costs of small quantities. Are we planning to produce the SWAGs from outside LATAM? We need to carefully chose a country that does not impose big taxes of this type of importation.

As far as I know, no. But I think we are busy with FLISoL, maybe we can take this again after this event.
