As described in a thread in the mailing list [1], I would like to create a wiki page asking the community about equipment for events, like EMEA did [2]. Since some more experienced ambassadors made it clear that it is not a good idea to ship stuff abroad due to high taxes and shipping costs, I would like to do that for Brazil only. I would have everything produced and I would SLOWLY distribute it to whoever requested the equipment (maybe one shipment per month).
I would divide Brazil in 5 Regions, as it is geographically divided (Norte, Nordeste, sul, sudeste and centro-oeste) and would probably send the equipment to one ambassador in each region, who would be responsible for keeping or redistributing the equipment.

Note that this ticket does not mean that anything will be produced yet: if this is approved, I will create the wiki page and query 2 or 3 online companies (after one or two weeks) for their prices to get everything produced. Then I would open a second ticket with the exact amount needed for producing everything.
Since this would be an above average price for producing swag, I would need Neville to process the payment and get everything shipped to me, some other ambassador in a big city (for cheaper shipments) or we could even ask one of the guys involved with Fedora in Red Hat Brazil in São Paulo to receive the SWAG there, where I could pick everything up and process the shipments.

I am still waiting for more people to fill out the form. After that I will verify if they are all ambassadors, make the quotes and open different tickets referencing this one. One per Brazilian region.

When the budget is out, I will produce some swag (banners and table cloths) for my state and keep logs for whoever wants to follow. I will close this for now.
