2. Provide the full name, ID or passport, flight schedule of Toney and Aly. Without this information, the responsible will not be able to buy a thing.

Alex Irmel Suggested an alternative (Juliaca x Cusco by bus $30 usd max) and then Cusco X Lima by flight

There is a discount for Peruvian nationals, that can be only obtained if they buy their own tickets. The should buy the tickets from Juliaca to Lima because there is no much difference and will be more convenient. Even more, I can not buy that cheap flight from Cusco to Lima. They will have to buy locally anyway. So better, stick with the proposed flight schedule, and let Tonnet pay for it and I will reimburse him right away.

Are all the pending issues ready for reimbursement here? I mean, should we set the reimbursement tag and ask neville to process the payments and close the ticket?

@yulitas requested USD 486.50 She did not included USD 17 that local bank charge to cash money. I added that amount. I just transferred by paypal USD 503.50 on 15/Dec/2016
Documents were sent by email. She presented invoices that were exceeding the reimburse requested as she had others sponsors for this event (Gnome).

@yn1v @athoscr the only reimbursement issue here is that Neville included the local Interbank fee, but not Paypal taxes.
Paypal took $27.49 from the reimbursement.

As you can see, you should be the one to check the fees and include them in the total value. I am not sure how we should proceed now, since there will be a bank transfer fee as well, just to pay the paypal fee that *you forgot to add to the value... (plus a second paypal fee)

I have presented twice in the meetings all of you the list of the financial requirements for the event and nobody, except @yn1v have noticed that I did not listed the local fee.

I don' t think other ambassadors have the time to go through all the tickets specifics. That's why you are the one supposed to follow the documentation.

I understand it is your first time, so don't worry! Try to read the documentation for the next time and let's wait for potty and neville's input :)

She asked for USD 486.50 that included USD 25 of paypal fees.
Let me said this again, she asked for USD 461.50 plus paypal fee of USD 25 for a total of USD 486.50
If you read my comment above, I added USD 17 for a total of USD 503.50 that I have transferred. So the bank fee was also covered.
I have no idea why there is such a long debate for something that was included in the original request.

Oh, so this was a lot of noise for nothing.
