#353 Fedora 24 Release Party São Paulo

The Fedora 24 Release Party in São Paulo will be held at the Red Hat Brazil Office in Sao Paulo. The expected atendency is 10 - 20 people, including Fedora contributors, students and RH employees. The activities include an overview of the new release, a brief presentation on how to contribute to FOSS in Fedora and a install fest. We will use the 50 USD for food and drinks.

Did you said us in the meeting you overspend in this event, Could you add details here, please? In order Neville being aware when you be reimbursed

Sure:

As mentioned in the ticket, we planned the release party for 10-20 people since last time São Paulo held a release party we had only 7 people attending.

As you can see in a social network event we created for the RP Here: [https://www.facebook.com/events/617898178368907/619609051531153/?notif_t=admin_plan_mall_activity&notif_id=1467303478218179], we had 43 ppl confirmed plus 120+ willing to attend. Since the money would be used for refreshments, we had to either tell ppl they could not join us OR overspend. We opted for overspending and having more people attending the release party. In the end, we had 25 attendees (pictures Here: [https://ribeiro.fedorapeople.org/rp_24_sp/]) and we did spend a reasonable amount for the number of attendees.

1st one was a vegan one since we had 5+ veggies/vegans attending
