This May 23th I'm organising an event to strengthen and give visibility to the local community as well as attracting new users. It will be place in IAVA that is a public education institute right at the city centre. It will consist in some workshops and talks, with places to install Fedora and give stickers and swag.

I need $150 for merchandising and some food. Venue and other things are already covered.

I forgot to mention city and country. This will be in Montevideo (city) in Uruguay (country), South America.
I also forgot to mention the hours the event will take. It will start at 10:00 to finish at 20:00 and have two breaks for meal. These hours have been planned to cover all the institution time schedules and types of students.
