I can buy from TAM or GOL using expedia web site. The price difference is small, and will be all the same if I make the reimbursement.

I have three blocks on the reservation form to fill
First Name
Middle name
* Last name

I have no idea how surnames are handled in Brazil. I know that if I make a mistake and put a middle name in surname you will not be able to flight.
So, you just wasted our time changing my question from "names and surnames" to "your full name". Today prices are already higher.
