Dear fellows,

Now we have almost all sponsorship tickets for FISL[1] voted we need to define the lodging for Fedora contributors going the event[2].

Our idea is to book the same Hostel booked in 2013[3], and the price for a 6-bed apartment is 330 BRL, per day.

The conference happens from May 7-10 and we will need to book Hostel for 6 nights so people can arrive a day early and leave a day after. Based in the information above we can calculate the costs:

330 * 6 = 1980 BRL

Based in the current exchange rate (1 USD = 2.30 BRL) we will need approximately 860 USD to accommodate up to 6 Fedora contributors at FISL.

I contacted the Hostel to request information about the booking procedures, however according ticket #95[4] seems the hostel request 20% of payment in advanced for reservation (non refundable fee).
