Same as lupinix, both times work fine (much better than 10PM). Since I have to choose one: 9-10pm. Also, the timezone should be CEST, I believe.

I prefer setting times in UTC because it's the universal measure.

I'm +1 with all the options.

UTC is nice but doesn't follow daylight saving, which I believe is why we follow CET with daylight saving instead of UTC for all EMEA meetings, as it is the major timezone in the EMEA region. There is a bit to the west, and a bit to the east. I too set all my meetings in fedocal to this timezone, for the very reason of daylight saving. When someone invents UTC+DST let me know tho, i'll be first to switch :D

This time frame is perfect for me!

I would prefer to hold our meetings at 21:00-22:00 CET if possible.

Thursday, 21:00
5 people can't make the above times. All other times show 6 or more people not being able to make it.

Then we will meet tonight @9pm CET, and we will discuss again to change the meeting time/day because I see that people prefer Thursday. Personally I'm not available on Thursday because I have two other meetings. :/

During our regular EMEA meeting, we decided that the best option is Tuesday 20.00 CET.
