Upgrading my Parabola system fails now because of an incompatible dependency of mplayer on libbluray. 

:: installing libbluray (1.4.0-2) breaks dependency 'libbluray.so=2-64' required by mplayer

Maybe it just needs to be re-built with the other version, but I noticed there are other changes in the Arch repo for ffmpeg 8.

I've verified builds for x86_64 and armv7h. I've resolved the issue with my i686 chroot, but fixing the build issues is beyond me. There's a separate PR for fixing the non-i686 builds, although those changes are included in this one because it doesn't build without them.

Closing as this has been replaced by a "better" PR in #112
