Hi! I decided to try Parabola today. I'm migrating from arch, and I saw that this package is outdated so I thought I would propose this upgrade to match the last arch version.

The PKGBUILD diff is big, but It would be better to compare against https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/filesystem as the changes are minimal in this case.
I obviously kept the changes for Parabola.

Notes:
- I added a FIXME for the license field because it is GPL3+ on arch and only GPL here. Don't know what to do about that.
- makepkg complains about pkgrel not being an integer. I tested and installed on my machine without the parabola suffix.
