#948 Provide an option to limit how far in advance the password expiration is displayed

Right now, if LDAP or Kerberos reports a password expiration time, we display it to the user. In some situations, it may be advantageous to restrict displaying it until the last N days.

We should add a {{{pam_expiration_warning_time}}} option (defaulting to always).
