#920 Bad debug message when adding services without explicit dns_discovery_domain
Closed: Fixed None Opened 13 years ago by sgallagh.

The debug message

Adding new SRV server in domain 'unknown', to service 'KERBEROS' using tcp

is seen when {{{srv}}} is specified (or the krb5_server option is omitted) in sssd.conf and {{{dns_discovery_domain}}} is not set.

This is a confusing message, and it should be changed to:

Adding new SRV server to service 'KERBEROS' using tcp
No dns_discovery_domain specified, will try example.com followed by DOMAINNAME
