We should build a special {{{ldapad}}} backend similar to the {{{ipa}}} backend where we can preset the various LDAP options for compatibility with Active Directory.
We will do the schema approach rather than building a full BE at least for now.

We have decided to drop this option. It is an insufficient substitute for the future winbind backend.
Furthermore, there is nothing that can be done with a new {{{ldap_schema}}} option that cannot be done by manually setting the attribute options.
