#477 sssd doesn't automatically reconnect in HBAC provider

If the GSSAPI ticket has expired and an HBAC request is processed then the request will fail because it can't contact the LDAP server. It should detect this condition and
renew the ticket.

The patch "Add ldap_krb5_ticket_lifetime option" mitigates this somewhat as it by default extends the ticket lifetime to 24hrs.
