#4037 Logins fail after upgrade to 2.2.0
Closed: Fixed 4 years ago by jhrozek. Opened 4 years ago by jhrozek.

Ticket was cloned from Red Hat Bugzilla (product Fedora): Bug 1724717

I've been using the configuration I'm on for several Fedora releases on several
machines. After 2.2.0 I can't log into the console as my usual user, but I can
as root.

I'm using sssd_krb5 for auth, and sssd_proxy to local users with idmapd.conf
for consisten uid/gid.

Reverting to 2.1.0 fixes the issue.

Let me know what I can provide to help troubleshoot.

I think you might consider to clone this issue to BZ for some enterprise distribution which already have 2.2.0

SSSD is moving from Pagure to Github. This means that new issues and pull requests
will be accepted only in SSSD's github repository.
