#40 build too verbose by default
Closed: Fixed None Opened 14 years ago by simo.

The current build process is way too verbose it simply hides away all useful gcc errors and warnings.

Make the build as little verbose as possible and just let gcc errors and warnings to come out.

A default make --quiet is a good idea.

Being able to trigger verbose builds with a configure option would also be nice for when you have to check build issues.
