#3912 incorrect example in the man page of idmap_sss suggests using * for backend sss
Closed: Fixed 6 years ago by jhrozek. Opened 6 years ago by jhrozek.

Ticket was cloned from Red Hat Bugzilla (product Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8): Bug 1652563

Description of problem:

man page of idmap_sss suggests to use * for backend sss.

idmap config * : backend = sss
idmap config * : range = 200000-2147483647

The above recommendation in the man page is incorrect as sss backend is
readonly
