#3889 Abort LDAP authentication if the check_encryption function finds out the connection is not authenticated

Commit 6f113c7 added a helper function that logs what kind of encryption is used for the authentication. Except for debugging, no encryption should never happen, so we might as well extend the function to instead of just printing what kind of encryption is used, it would also return a value if no encryption is used and the caller might e.g. abort the authentication request altogether.
