#3840 KCM: Don't use del and add, use mod when modifying the default ccache

I think this might be a relic of using the secrets responder, which, because it mimicked the Custodia interface, didn't have a modify operation. So when we want to modify the default ccache we first delete the old default and then add the new one.

There should be no reason to do this since we switched to using the secrets database. Using a modify directly would be less racy.
