#3759 OpenLDAP 2.5 will support asynchronous SASL bind

At least according to https://lwn.net/Articles/755207/ this is true, I haven't done any research in the OpenLDAP code yet.

If this works well, we might want to take an advantage of the async bind.


Sumit also suggested that we might just as well perform the bind in a helper process
